I created Chirugy Massage with the idea that the body can heal itself & pain medications or surgery don't have to be the first options in treatment. I believe this is possible when you practice whole body wellness.

Whole body wellness is a practice of addressing your body as a whole unit working in conjunction for the single purpose of life.

You already know that a healthy life style includes eating well, drinking pure water, and exercising but when you add massage to your program you will find you feel better, have more energy, and it is easier to keep up with all the demands upon your time, energy, and health.

Chirugy Massage Policy

 

  • Payment is due at time of service. Cash, personal check (local bank only),  and credit card are accepted.  There will be a $30.00 charge if payment is returned NSF. 
  • A 30% deposit is required for any Event, Party, or Multi-Service appointments. If a cancellation is necessary a 72 hour notice is required. Deposit will not be refunded if proper notice is not given. 
  • Please arrive for your massage on time. A 24 hour notice of cancellation is requested for all services, if no notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $30 for all failed appointments. 
  • Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. They expire 12 months from purchase date.  
  • If you have any medical conditions or are on any medications; even OTC or herbal, please disclose this information on the intake forms and update as needed.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. No treatment will be given to anyone under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or with active infections.  
  • Any lewd or disrespectful behavior will be grounds for ending the appointment immediately, with required full payment, and dismissal as a client.  
  • If you require any special arrangements or products due to a condition or a  personal need, please let your therapist know so you may feel more comfortable.  
  • All information given is for informative purposes only and is not intended to replace personal judgment, physician orders, medical treatment  or to diagnose medical conditions. 
  • Your personal information is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone. Your physician will only be contacted in the event that a medical condition requires further information and you will be asked to sign a medical records release form.
